Gum Drop Chalice corals are a great coral for beginners to advanced aquarists as long as you maintain good water conditions. Easy to care for and do not need high levels of light.
Lighting & Water Flow Movement: Chalice corals require low to moderate water flow and low to moderate lighting.
Tank Placement: Bottom half of the aquarium, prefer horizontal placement.
Feeding: Chalice corals do not require extra feeding. They can absorb microscopic reef food like phytoplankton and Nannochloropsis.
Water conditions: For good health, maintain proper Alkalinity, Calcium and strontium levels.
